And I watch my people bleed while vultures steady feed
Another day out at the client with absolutely nothing to do. The people here are finishing up their month end stuff which occupies too much of their time for them to help us. This situation lends itself to me catching up on crap like the latest rap beefs, strongbad e-mails, and random other crap.
Anyway, I have been searching like mad for the 05 Burton Mission bindings and have been unable to turn anything up. the kid at the Source couldn't find anything even though they had them on display and the kid at Mission told me it was impossible to get them anywhere. This chews assholes. I have even looked on eBay with no luck. I am now resorting to those shady online stores that operate out of some dudes garage. This is a sad state of affairs but I desperately want those bindings.
In other useless purchase news the other day I walked into a Banana Republic store with the intention of buying a sweater they had on sale for a decent price, and ended up walking out with a dress shirt for $100. I am useless at saving money, but this was sort of over the top. At least I think I look good in the shirt. As proof of my goodlookingness, I point to the fact that Ash determined through observation of the rest of the clientele at that store that I was the only straight guy shopping there. This must mean that I am now well-dressed. This also means that I once again broke the promise to myself to quit spending money on work clothes. I really have no reason to care how I look at work, as I work exclusively with dudes.
Onto unrelated topics, I started reading The Da Vinci Code this past weekend and I am loving it. It makes me want join a profession where I can go back to France. This is obviously how career decisions should be made. I also recently completed reading all of Bone. For those not in the know, Bone was a comic book that came out over the past 12 years, and was wrapped up in 2004. The creator then released the entire series in one gigantic book and I happened across it over the holidays. It was great. I am not trying to get Flight, but this is not working well. Once again I believe I must resort to the internet, and throw more money at Amazon. Bastards.
That’s it. Keep it right.

Are you talking about that shirt you wore to work today? That shirt was about as heterosexual as two guys having a picnic in a rowboat.
Don't make me post nasty words on your blog to scandalize your parents, Mr.I-Don't-Want-To-See-Hot-Girls-In-Bikinis-Because-It's-At-Cowboys.
