This alki style’ll fuck your ear up
It has been a little while since I posted in here and I am not even sure why. Its not like I have been terribly busy of late, or that I have done anything exceptionally cool most nights. I guess Halo 2 did come out, and I can't remember if I ever commented on it, but I have enjoyed it so far. Playing online with KFAS brings me back to the days of Myth, which I have already documented as some of my favourite times. Unfortunately, as was the case with the first Halo, I am not very good. I am hoping to rectify this through much online play prior to the Christmas vacation, as I am sure some Halo will be going down there. If not, I break kneecaps.
Work is going pretty good these days as I have a firmer grip on what I am supposed to be doing. Of course this is now the final week for me at this client so I get to start all over on Monday.
Snowboarding fell through on Saturday due to Bourassa's inability to keep a schedule. If you plan on leaving at 10:30 there is no need to go out for breakfast at 11. That's all I really have to say about that.
VIBEfest is this weekend and I am fairly certain that I am one of the only people who is excited to go. I won't need to head out to this on my own or anything, but I am pumped to see K-OS and as ridiculous as it sounds, I am also excited to see Lil' Flip. I've never been to a big hip-hop show and I think this one should be good. Plus that Game Over song is just so damn good.
I feel kinda bad that I don't have any brilliant social commentary to share with any of you about how dumb people in Regina are, or how white supremacists run the US. Also, I realize everyone has been waiting with baited breath for my thoughts on Yasser Arafat's death. Unfortunately, the only news item that I have paid any is the death of one Dirt McGirt possibly better know as ODB. That shit sucks. That dude was great and I had heard word that Wu were gonna do a full on tour in the near future. I can't see them doing that any more. See, without ODB the world would never have know that Wu-Tang is for the children. And that would be a travesty.

You have a firmer grip on what you're supposed to be doing at work? The only thing you have a firm grip on around there is your doodle. I'm going through the A/P subleger like a dog and you're posting to your blog at 11 a.m. I want to fight you.
