Like I can’t find out where you live

Shit I have learned over the past few days:

1 – Quiksilver is a publicly traded company. This is how they got money to buy DC Shoes and Lib Tech. I think if I had any money I would drop it on that stock just because it would be cool to own a piece of DC. They also have the best annual report I have ever seen.

2 – Burton is not a publicly traded company. Actually the whole damn thing is still owned by Jake Burton. Yet they still had money to buy out Forum and Jeenyus. If they ever went public I would buy that stock for sure.

3 – Our waitress at Fuel has a name and that name is Jana. On Monday night Mark and I got to pick the music we were listening to. We were also the only people in the damn bar.

4 – Mark fights like a girl, yet I still managed to wreck my jacket.

5 – I need a haircut something fierce.

6 – Asafa Powell ran a 9.77 today. For those who don’t get it that is a new world record in the 100. I haven’t seen the race yet and none of the stupid sports channels are showing it. Obviously this is a lesser sporting achievement than winning the European Poker Tour. Maybe they’ll show it on the news.

7 – Mike D. from the Beastie Boys is not Neil Diamond’s son. I won't argue about this (anymore).

8 – BMW doesn’t list the M5 on their website (at least not on the Canadian one). As such, I don’t know how much one costs.

That is not a very long list. Turns out I didn’t really learn very much these past few days. Weird.

Peace.
